Removes the headliner on the Ferndale.

So, this mod just removes the American flag on Fleetari's car, now you don't have to see that flag while using the Ferndale.
If you don't use/want Texture Pack Loader, it is on sharedassets3, it actual location of it is sharedassets3/muscle_interior.tex
If you guys have any problems or suggestions with the mod, feel free to contact me through bugs or post tabs.
