Fixed the mod being broken because of some BS expired license
Also it now enables shadows for every normally disabled shadow light, so it enables more shadows than just AI cars and street lights.
A simple mod that just enables the shadows on street lights, and all NPC cars, Satsuma, etc. when I tested it, the mod reduces FPS by around 5.5% on GoldenEye, 1080p. (in my case: from 45.5fps to 43)
Mod can be toggled on or off in settings, also works in-game! nothing much more to it, here are some pics!:
