I've been incredibly lucky.
In my opinion, the chance of getting all these extras at once, must be several thousand to one.
The car is at the spawn point on the farm.
Save does not include keys.
Note: Mods.txt is usually shared by multiple mods and overwriting it can reset other mods, so make a backup of your original file.
Update 1.1: Luck smiled on me again and I managed to get a few more combinations of extras (actually all of them) :-P
