to get the skin download the file move the file into to the images folder make sure its named car.png then launch the game after that in the menu press F5 if it shows the skin then you can go to fleetaris but if it shows the question mark/corrupted skin then you ve done something wrong anyways if your at fleetaris then go to the service brochure and buy the custom paintjob made by artist
