This mod applies the following changes to Ruscko:
The car always starts on the first try
Time required to start is no longer random and is set to 0.5 seconds
Prevents engine from stalling when idle
Wiper knob stays in place when activated
Left wiper doesn't get stuck anymore
The right long beam works again
Also, includes settings for toggling the following changes:
Remove wasp hive from game
Disables horn alarm when starting with a screwdriver
Prevent lights from flickering when going over bumps
