Place into your My summer car Images folder, boot up the game and you're ready to go
Location:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\My Summer Car\Images

There are a few errors and slight misplaced texture re colours if you look really close up in detail, overall it's not noticable and doesnt ruin the look on the Skin.
I probably won't fix it.
