This save game is mostly for newbies who are new to the game and want to start easily.
How to add the game:
Put the .rar/.zip file on the desktop > Right click > extract here
Now do Win + R > Type in "appdata" > click on LocalLow folder > click on Amistech folder > click on My Summer Car > paste the files there
