About this mod
This mod was created for those who wished the player's attribute bars (AKA needs) such as hunger, thirst, stress, etc. would increase at slower rates. This mod also allows you to prevent any needs/attributes from ever increasing, essentially disabling them.

Increase Rates

  • With this mod you can modify these rates to something less, so that the attributes increase at slower rates. You can set the rate to any number between 0 and 1. The number you set corresponds to a percentage of the original unmodded rate. For example, setting the hunger increase rate to 0.50 means that the hunger bar will increase at half the rate of what it normally does in the unmodded game. The rate set affects the attribute bar anytime it increases, whether passively as seen every 45 seconds or through player actions.
    • rate of 1 = default rate, attribute increases at the rate of the unmodded game.
    • rate of 0 = prevents the attribute from increasing, essentially disabling it.

  • The estimated times determine how long it will take before an attribute passively increases from empty to full. This way you can better set the increase rates to something appropriate. The estimated times are displayed in both in-game and real life time. They are displayed in days(D), hours(H), minutes(M), seconds(S). These times are calculated in the same way that the estimations on the wiki page linked above are made, so they should be fairly accurate.

Decrease Rates
  • This feature was added to prevent eating, drinking, and other attribute-lowering actions from becoming overpowered since the attributes may now increase at slower rates. For example, setting the hunger decrease rate to a value of 0.50 means eaten foods will empty the hunger bar at half the amount of what they normally do in the unmodded game.
    • rate of 1 = default rate, attribute decreases at the rate of the unmodded game.
    • rate of 0 = prevents the attribute from decreasing.
