This mod allows user to change wear rate of most parts (except alternator belt, gearbox and tires, which I haven't found in game scripts, but including starter battery discharge, brake fluid and radiator fluid leak/evaporation). You can either use simple settings which should scale every wear value to given percentage, or set value for each part in advanced mode.
To actually use, you MUST first go to setting, as this mod by default leave wear rate unchanged.
