You can spawn him in using the mod settings menu. (Click the lil arrow in the top right, then find the dingus mod, then click the lil gear in the bottom right of the dingus mod's listing, then press the SPAWN MAXWELL button)
Both the 3D model and sound files are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence and their inclusion in this package falls under fair use.
