This texture adds an extra 1000rpm of range to the stock rpm gauge, also changes the gauge from x100 to x1000. Included is the textures for the rpm gauge and backlight textures, there is also the option for a GT Logo and the option to remove the "RPM x1000" text as it gets a bit close to the 9000 rpm mark.
To install use TPIT. The files need to be imported into sharedassets3.
