Well it sprints for you so you don't have to hold shift :)

Settings
1. Speed slider 0 - 50 
2. Enable / Disable button
3. Optimize crouching speed button ---> faster crouching speed when you increase speed

Shaking/Jitter ---> it's normal lower your speed (default speed is 3.5) or turn off "walking head bob" in "settings/graphics"
