satsama is by the strawberry area around the 
start/finish of the rally the parts are scattered around the area make sure you have
the panel seller installed as well there is also beer and food along with stuff to
fill up the car there the gasoline can is at temios.
also there is no van at uncle's its over where the satsuma is (sorry about it)
the ratchet set is also there.
