Simply put, this mod allows you to control the rotation of a held object, on any axis, with the movement of your mouse By default, R rotates the Item Horizontally LCTRL + R adjusts the roll of the object In either of these modes, moving the mouse up and down will rotate the object vertically, like when you use the scroll wheel
