Some optimization
Added ability to disable start help which will allow to start Satsuma on any gear (thank to pankomeo for code) and enable check for R/1/2/3/4 gear in plugin settings
Is the battery empty? Broken starter? You need this mod! Just turn key to ACC and push car with your hands or use rope with working car. Also you can enable check for R/1/2/3/4 gear in plugin settings (but you can't change gear after load game if you don't run engine at least once). P.S. with the automatic clutch the car is much easier to start by hand.
