need hjelp getting mod to load, downloaded everythin 3 times and reinstalled, still wont show up

For the mods to show up in the mods shop you need the modapi file and put it in the References folder in the mods folder. Get is here:https://www.nexusmods.com/mysummercar/mods/1965/
