This is MOD not in game buildable stuff so you cant demolish it and move interior stuff.
At this moment Garage has working DYNO(need to pay upstairs),nice office, paint booth(for now its only decorative),small canteen all doors and gates are working.
At this point garage don't have lighting because it causes small FPS drops but its gonna be fixed in future since mod has auto update it will be fixed and add.
All bugs can be reporter to my discord veinbergs1994 or in My Garage official discord under Small Garage(MOD) topic.
In future update i have plans to add ability to extend it and make paint booth working.
To install mod please extract it from .zip file and place .dll in mods folder.
Some Furniture in pictures are in game original and don't spawn with garage so you can just sale game garage and use this one as main one.
