It's about time I uploaded one of my buildings to Nexus Mods for you all to enjoy!

This is not the biggest of shops, but it features 3 car lifts, customer parking as well as some staff parking at the back.
There is a custom built tire rack that is also a feature of this garage.
No extra furniture has been purchased, it's strictly base game stuff with the exception of the Dockyard Cleaner mod by ReliantRobinLX that you will need.
