About this mod
A simple mod that adds shields to all tier 1 and tier 2 infantry units. The mod also adds a bit of variety to looters by adding 3 new looter units. The mod also changes the looter upgrade tree to upgrade into mercenaries and not imperial units.

What the mod does:
-Adds shields to all tier 1 and tier 2 infantry units for all major factions
-Adds 3 new looter units
-Looters now upgrade into mercenary units, instead of imperial units
-Looter party compositions changed to include the new looter units
