toss the folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules

NOTE:
if you're playing on a save that you've created before downloading this mod, it will take a while for these wanderers to visit calradia.
They have a chance of spawning when you start a new game. And if they don't, they will come over time as i said before.
