Patches Better Troop Formations mod compatibility with the Shokuho total conversion mod.

This patch fixes the issue where the custom UI created by the Better Troop Formations mod fails to appear when used with the Shokuho total conversion mod.
May or may not require a new save for best functionality; however, it will not break your save if you try using it. If you are going to use it on an existing save, I recommend setting a formation for every single troop to limit any possible inconsistencies and issues.
