This mod allows you to set a button for each direction's attack.
It also allows you to disable overhead and thrust attacks when using certain weapons (axes, swords, maces etc) in order to only use horizontal swings, optionally.
Recommended use:
I use mousewheel for up and down attacks, and bind q and z to change weapon/change shield.
