    Hey,

Thanks a lot for your mod, i needed something without MCM and Harmony ;)

Could it be possible to add some things like cut trough multiple enemy or party speed multiplier ?

    Hello!
I get the error: TWL patching error: The string "True" is not a valid boolean value.

What does this mean and how do i fix?

Using configurable version with 1.5.3, and when I activate it, it always crashes my game...and I can't figure out why. I'm within all listed parameters; but there's at least one variable that borks the game engine. I'll have to try activating one change at a time to isolate that unhappymaking variable.

Using the mod I can't put my companion's ability points and focus points too. Any solution for this issue?

Freeform character creation - all attributes and focus points start unassigned. Make sure you assign focus points before the tutorial is over or before leaving training grounds to get your initial skill points (10 per focus).
Can't get this to work, I only end up with 1 skill point regardless. Am I missing something?

Edit: Got it working idk what I did wrong at first tho. Spam clicked C after skipping tutorial (brother conversation), then after picking clan name and banner the stats updated. Works fine!

This is amazing. So many game altering tweaks that you can't find anywhere else. I can finally start off as a soldier in war torn Calradia

One request if possible...  instead of turning off Lord Respawn parties could we by chance adjust it by percentage/manual amount? There was a mod back in 1.2 that allowed this and 5000v5000 battles were born. Would be amazing with the no starvation tweaks this mod has. Just massive battles and that Death mod that gives a chance of death for your own character would be sick

Certainly possible. I honestly haven't tested that specific script to even make sure it still works with 1.5.4, heh. I know it doesn't crash, but I haven't followed lords around to make sure they're respawning with 0 troops. When I get a chance I can see about making that one adjustable instead of just on or off.

Much appreciated. And I can confirm that setting works, the lords respawn by themselves.

Adding your requested setting of party size on respawn. I set it as an integer from 0 to 4, each representing 25% of the total. The actual way it works is it multiplies the party size while it's respawning and thus multiplies the 25% since I'm lazy and it works easier than hooking into the respawn function.

Also adding a global party size multiplier, since it sounds like you want crazy big battles. That way if you set the respawn amount to 4 (100%) and the party size to, say, 10 - you would have lord parties respawning with thousands of troops.

I have it working as a standalone, although I was planning to integrate the new MCM before I do my next release. But I'm waiting on the release of the instructions for MCM v4, since my mod is still using the old version from v2 quickly converted to v3 that's backwards compatible with v4 - and simply updating to v4 broke things, so I assume there's some new code or different syntax I have to add to the settings file or maybe switch to using something from the new dependencies. It seems the MCM is becoming less user friendly instead of more, haha.

I may just go ahead and release a new version as a standalone. I'm also playing with the value patch, thinking of simplifying it from what I have it set to to (# ^ Tier) and making the # adjustable in the settings.

Oh man, you just made my day. Thank you so much man, gonna try this out when I get off work. I poured 300ish hours on release up until I finished the campaign on version 1.2. This just takes the grind away and lets me experience late game massive battles from the start. Very much appreciated! I'd gladly donate a few bucks to ya if you have a link.

If my PC could handle 5000v5000 battles I would be all over that too, ha. I play on an old laptop that can barely handle 500v500 battles.

Glad to help though. I enjoy making mods for people. I think I get as much enjoyment messing around with mods for others as I do actually playing the game. I won't say no to someone buying me a beer or two, and I appreciate it. Here's a paypal link since you asked: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/provostcomputer

Man, I had a blast with this last night. And yeah, once you can do 1000 man battles it is a complete game changer. I'm using a Ryzen 3600 right now and it is good enough for that. Just waiting for other mods to be updated for 1.5.4 and I'll be ready for another playthrough

One note about the respawn party size, I think 1 = 100% of the party size if im not mistaken. I followed some lords and they were losing troops when I had it set to 2 and 3. When I set it to 1 they didnt lose any. I have starvation turned off as well so they arent deserting due to starvation.

Thanks again! been recommending this mod like crazy. It really is one of the most underrated mods out there.

Upon further testing it appears the respawn party setting only works on the initial world spawn of lords. Setting it to 1 gives them a full party on a new game, anything more goes over their party limit and they either desert or dump them on a garrison. The moment you defeat a lord they respawn back with 30 something troops which is vanilla values I think, TW must've changed some things. Still a nice way to start a new game with a bang though. The first army vs army clash was 4000v4000ish for me.

This respawn party size function is so clutch for big battles, any chance you're going to release a standalone version of this mod?

Can't seem to get the .xml configrable version of this conceptionally very nifty mod to work, as game freezes upon load of save. Have used .xml tweaks previously with success in games like JA2.

    1) Have win10 + Vortex with Steam, and if the issue is unblocking .dll's...there are quite a few threads, mods, etc. that are quite confusing, and/or incomprehensible. when I r-click on .dll's in mod folder, select security...both seem to have full access of my system. There's also another bin folder with .dll's in the root directory; is that the ones need tweaking?

    2) Another issue might be my screwing up some of the values in Config.xml; specifically, setting "base # of workshops" to 6, then setting "workshops per Clan lvl" to 2. Is my logic wrong? Should the variables be reversed?

    3) Also installed "Rebuild Villages" mod, which (so far) works fine, without .dll unblocking.

The "no starving garrisons" tweak is super-sensible, imo. I'd like that and more companions & workshops. If somebody could help me figure how to implement that, I'd be most obliged.

Hey guys - is there a version of this mod which is compatible with 1.5.3?
