I really wish this could get an update or we had an alternative. I really enjoying having the world full of lords with hundreds or thousands of soldiers to have large scale battles with.
Kaoses Party Sizes for game version 1.0.3 after all, it says version 1.0.3 and only on this version this mod will work so why do you have complaints that it crashes your game on version 1.1.5 xD
Can I use this to make all of the party sizes smaller in order to avoid the 2000-5000 man slog fests? If so, will the smaller parties upgrade their troops more because they have more money? Does it affect the amount of troops the defeated lords spawn with? Maybe it should also multiply the settlement troop spawns with the same modifier
So what I'm seeing is lords can have super large parties now but 1 of 3 things happens either they can't pay for their parties, their parties starve to death, or they get defeated in battle 1 time. These things happen very early in the game so you will find pretty much all lords even faction leaders sitting on top of villages with only 1 person parties.
What I think we need is something that affects Ai upkeep, Ai food consumption, and Ai recruitment costs. If we can get sliders for that this mod would work amazingly.

I'm getting a consistent crash in my game.

Crash logs mention this party size tweaks mod. Weird thing is that the crash didn't happen in a previous campaign with the same mod set.
Any idea what's causing this?

Also, when disabling the mod it just crashes during load for savegames that had this mod loaded. Any way to cleanly uninstall this?!
