This mod links many troop trees that should be linked, it is lightweight and highly compatible.
Caravan troops are linked
Peasants no longer become army recruits, instead they can become militia or bandits.
Bandits are now linked all the way up to bandit bosses.
Misc troops like poachers, troublesome mercs, etc now can level up.
Unused troops in the game assets are used here, looters can become deserters wich are an easier way to get some mercenary troops, mounted caravan ambushers can now level up and the classic mercenary troops were used to expand them, small balance changes were made.
Imperial veteran caravan guards are horse archers, mountain bandit bosses have horses now, the bandit bosses were renamed so they don't seem so copy/paste.
For the most part that's it, there are no requirements for this mod as it uses assets and troop Id's built into the game so its a fast and easy install.
If you have any further suggestions, or if I forgot something please comment.
Depending on your load order this may need to go at the top or bottom of your general mods.
