To display banners correctly, you need a mod CC's Banners. I also recommend using mods Banner Editor and POC color randomizer mod. You need to select the code of the banner you need in the text file (numbers only) using Ctrl+C and paste it in the game in the banner creation menu via Ctrl+V.
For POC users there is an example file "config.json" in the archive.
