This mod includes a series of changes to make food economy of cities more stable.

Everyone at this point should know that cities consume more food with growth of prosperity. But production doesn't grow with prosperity, in fact it's fixed, and every city is doomed to eventually starve forever. There're some things I've changed to target those issues:

- villages now grow faster if their bound settlement is prospering: +1 hearth / 1000 total prosperity, canceled by -1 hearth / 100 total hearth (can't go negative);
- villages now produce more food past their maximum level: + 1 food / 50 total hearth  past 500 total points of hearth;
- villages bound to castles give extra food (because castles can't trade for food): +1 food / 100 total hearth;
- towns have food variety penalty to prosperity: -4, negated by each 2 different foods past 1, prosperity past 3000 multiplies penalty, and prior decreases it;
- villages now produce more of their main product past their maximum level: + x0.15 / 50 total hearth past 500 total hearth;
- workshops now produce more in prospering towns, and less in not so much: + x(current prosperity - 3000) / 6000;
- towns now buy defined substitutes for food that they couldn't buy enough. If they couldn't spend all budget reserved for one food, they'll try to spend it to buy substitutes for it (i.e. no more starving towns with 1000 fish or grape in stock);
- towns now slaughter cattle if value of meat is way higher than of the cattle. They'll also slaughter other animals if town is literally in starvation and meat is more valuable than those animals.
