Hello Lords of Calradia!

Eärnur was the thirty-third and last King of Gondor. He took the throne upon the death of his father Eärnil II in T.A. 2043, and after his disappearance, the Stewards of Gondor ruled in his name for many generations. Enamored with fighting and arms, he retained his prowess and skill more than was usual, even for a Gondorian. He seemed more like a champion than a king, and won everyone in Gondor in sports of arms. Seven years later, the Witch-king renewed his challenge, and this time, Eärnur could not be held back. Before leaving, however, Eärnur left his crown on the lap of his father in the Houses of the Dead. There it was picked up again by Faramir, the last Ruling Steward, for the coronation of Elessar almost a millennium later. With a small escort of knights, he rode past the gates of Minas Morgul. None were ever seen again. However, in reality he was corrupted by Sauron and was sent to another dimension, arriving in Calradia. 

Under the corrupting influence of Minas Morgul, these Gondorians would undergo a sinister transformation, turning into a twisted and malevolent force. The city is closely tied to the Nazgûl, the Ringwraiths, who once were Men corrupted by Sauron's Rings of Power. The soldiers, now servants of the Dark Lord, would be clad in dark, ominous armor. Physically and mentally corrupted, these soldiers might exhibit inhuman traits, such as unnatural strength, eerie resilience, and a terrifying aura. Their once honorable and disciplined demeanor would be replaced by a cold, emotionless obedience to Sauron's will. The soldiers would be driven by a malevolent desire to conquer and subjugate, spreading fear and despair in their wake.

What is this mod?
This mod adds a minor faction called Black Gondorians to the game.
This faction is inspired from the Lord of the Rings book.

Main File*
Minor Faction only.
- Armory may not be balanced.

Optional File*
This file contains the items.xml for the MOD The Conjunction of Spheres (05 Dec 2023, v1.5)
1.) Download the Armory FIRST
2.) Download the Minor Faction SECOND
3.) OVERWRITE this folder on the ARMORY.
- This is to balance the armor.

Where to get the units?
- All units from the lowest tier to the highest can be recruited randomly in taverns(chance to spawn) according to their culture.
- You can check what culture they are by previewing the minor faction information in-game.
- The Units will spawn as guards for Caravans, Elite Caravans and Villager Parties, you can capture them.
- Another way is to fight the minor faction leaders and capture the units.
- You can use the console command and cheat yourself a unit.

Compatibility
- Generally this mod is compatible with most mods.
- This will not work on full conversion mods that have custom cultures, cities and taverns. These minor factions are using default cultures and will conflict with them spawning in taverns.
- This will not work with mods that has anything to do with recruitment.

Crashes
- High Chance that crafting will crash your game.
- If you are using the Optional File and you are encountering errors, please use the main file instead.
- If you still encounter errors, please remove other mods one by one until you find which one is in conflict, you can post it in the comment or REPORT A BUG so that we can update the information.

Additional Information
- You need to start a new game for the minor factions to spawn.
- To hire this faction into your kingdom, the initial leader must be killed, the remaining 3 will open up the conversation for hiring.
- Make sure to download the correct mod indicated by the date and version or else the units will be naked.
- Please know I am an enthusiast only, not a full programmer. Have fun!
- If the armory author request these minor factions removed, I will oblige.
