Makes vanilla mercenaries more impressive.
In my view, mercenaries should have been the equivalent of elite troops, so this mod gives +1 Tier and commensurate skill boosts to all vanilla mercenaries.
Lightweight. Should be compatible with many versions of BL.
Needless to say, if you have changed or removed the vanilla mercenaries, this mod may not work as expected.
SOON: I'm going to give the sword sisters frikkin' helmets, because I've read a book.
