    so in my army there is no such a unique variation on banners and shields.. I must be with Vlandians to achieve this right  ?

    I have used POC for a long time using deferent banner overhauls but now I want to go back to vanilla when I uninstall poc the banners don't go back to vanilla how can I make the vanilla again

      have you completely deleted the bannerlord files then reinstalled them? that should work.

    For everyone having trouble with their banner changing when joining a faction, I've made a little edit based on Anexgohan's edit posted below.

    The file:
    Config.json
     - Copy the file into the game's modules folder <...\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\PocColor> Not in Documents.

    WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
    Edit the file with Notepad (but I recommend using something better, like Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code),
    Find and replace every line that has "1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.100.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1" with your banner code

    Example:
    From:
    "clanBanner": "1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.100.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1",
    "clanShield": "1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.100.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1",
    "shields": [
    "1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.100.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1"
    ]
    To:
    "clanBanner": "19.35.19.1836.1836.768.788.1.0.-30.347.86.116.240.240.768.788.1.1.0"
    "clanShield": "19.35.19.1836.1836.768.788.1.0.-30.347.86.116.240.240.768.788.1.1.0",
    "shields": [

    Don't forget there's also some lines near the bottom of the file. (Line 1510 to 1514)

    Sorry if there's any mistake and if my explanation is bad but I hope it helps.

    Also, this mod works in 1.7.0 if you're wondering.

      it worked for my clan but how can I fix it for the other clans from the kingdom I'm in ? Their parties all have the icon of the king's banner instead of their own (but their actual carried banner is fine) screenshot

    Game version 1.7.2
    Pop color version 1.0.39 for 1.7.2
    It doesn't work for me. I'm sad.

    Doesn't seem to be working for me on 1.7.1 some of the banners are fine but others are only two colour and really messy.

    Big fan of this mod back when it released. Any chance of it getting updated for 1.8?

    Same problem as mentioned below, once a faction is joined, either as a mercenary or as a vassal, personal colors are overwritten by the ruling clan colors, in my case dey Meroc. Otherwise great work, gonna wait for the update before continuing my playthrough.

    When joining a faction, it overwrites any custom banner the play is using (Such as with BannerPaste). Using Banner Color Persistence or kingdomoveerwriteplayercolors=false does not work, please update to 1.6 and fix.

    When a clan joins you their background color does NOT change. 

    Example: You've convineced a Western Empire clan to join you but the background of their banner remains the same (red) after.
