This is only possible because of purpulez's amazing work, so the POC Color Randomizer mod is required.
I strongly recommend using a mod that adds banners to your troops, as it looks amazing when you have all the different banners and shields on display in a multi-clan army.

Update: I'm currently working on combining Swadian Armoury, this mod, and my own troop tree to create a Vlandia that feels more like a chivalric faction.
Non-hero knights will have different arms from the selection below (though probably with even more variety), and Vlandian heroes (the vanilla ones) their own heraldic arms.
