This mod was made by ythogh, I just edited one line of code that seemingly fixed the mod
press "U" to toggle the mod on/off while selecting a formation, this will make your ranged troops of said formation fire their missiles in coordinated volleys
You can change the default key by going to modules/Volley/config.xml
