- Added option to turn off party speed modifications for compatibility with Banner Kings slow parties feature. (thank Stephan in the posts for buying this) This is found at the very bottom of the config menu.

- Applied makeshift patch for random lag spike bug when parties besiege settlements. This soothes the problem, but the problem persists. Additional updates later.
