Work done:
1. Translated texts in Items, Weapons, Crafting Components, Troops names from Chinese To English
2. Tweaked the Ritual Halberd to increase its swing speed 
3. Made all halberds also couchable like the lance

How to use this mod:
Method 1:
1. Subscribe the workshop content of Calradian Knight in HERE
2. Find the workshop folder containing Calradian Knight ModuleData
a. For me, it was located here: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2928740002\ModuleData
3. Manually Download the zip folder of my mod, and replace the all XMLs in:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2928740002\ModuleData
With my XMLs in ModuleData
4. It should work now

Method 2 (better and more stable):
1. Subscribe the workshop content of Calradian Knight in HERE
2. Find the workshop folder containing Calradian Knight ModuleData
a. For me, it was located here: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2928740002
3. Now I suggest you Copy this folder called "2928740002" which is the content of Calradian Knights, and paste it into your game's Modules Folder.
a. This folder "2928740002" should contain AssetPackages, Config, ModuleData .....
b. Copy it into your Bannerlord Modules folder makes it better manageable
4. Rename the folder called "2928740002" with better name like "CalradianKnight" 
5. Replace the XMLs in ModuleData of "CalradianKnight"  with my mod's XMLs
6. It should work now
