Simple Harmony patch to raise the pay of troops in a VERY customizable way!
The defaults in Config.xml raise the pay of higher-tier troops by a lot.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS:
Made in beta 1.1.0, but should work backward a fair good way.
*By raising the pay-by-tier of troops, the AI cannot maintain real garrisons. Allowing a discount for troops not in the field keeps the idea of this mod alive. (this is completely compatible with Improved Garrisons similar option, so you might give yourself a negative discount!)

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:
- Native+: adds 1 tier to all mounted troops, but otherwise vanilla
- Flat: adds 1 tier to mounted troops, then charges 2^tier denars for that troop
- Exponent: adds 1 tier to mounted troops, then raises (1+newTier)^floatExponentvalue
- Fibonacci: DEFAULT, HARDMODE! uses 1.61 Fibonacci exponent but adds tiers to t4+ troops in a punishing way! 144d Elite riders per the screenshot.
- *GARRISON DISCOUNT OPTION*: on by default at -50%, customizeable from 0-99% discount
