Lets you configure different frame rate limiters for the campaign map, siege battles and arena fights, among others.
Useful if you want to maximize fluidity on the campaign map and arena fights while keeping a lower but consistent frame rate in the more demanding field and siege battles.
INSTALLATION
I recommend using Vortex since it handles everything automatically. If you install manually, take care to unblock the DLL file after downloading or it might crash the game.
