The Main Purpose of this mod is to stop the ai from recruiting troops that not his own culture. any time you want you can disable this option in mod config.
You worried about troops shorted of culture? You can also adjust the maximum limit of noble can have in recruitment window.
Note: This don't replace the current troops lineup of Ai.
Garrison Troop Conversion:
You have an option to enable the troops in garrison to slowly change their culture to settlement culture troops.
Elite status is respected, if the Troop is elite it can be also converted as elite.
Tier is respected, Troop tier will remain as is, and will convert to the same troop tier of settlement culture troops.
The Conversion chance is depends on the town loyalty.
This mod doesn't add data in your save file, this can be remove and add in midgame. With new updates with garrison, it is compatible with other major mods like ImprovedGarrison
