How this works?
Recruits are based on the culture of the notables, I changed the culture of the Gang leaders to their counterpart bandit, so that they will offer the basic recruit that bandit culture offers. See Images for reference

What could change by using this mod?
-Gang leaders will always offer bandits.
-"Gang leader needs recruits" quest can be completed easily by giving them back the bandit you recruited from them.(silly right?)
-Lords can recruit those bandits. However, bandits can be upgraded into noble troops if the lord is able to upgrade them. Them being a noble troop is a native function.

Compatibility
-The mod is expected to run in any version because there are no programming included in this mod.
-Since this required a new game in order for the notables to spawn with their changed culture, you will already know that this mod is compatible or not once the game loads and it didn't crash, for more safe test, immediately go to town and try to recruit the bandits, if no crash is encountered, all is good.
-Installing this mod midgame won't change a thing, Gang leader who already spawn cannot change their culture midgame
-Uninstalling the mod once you start a new game won't change a thing, gang leader that spawns with their changed culture will permanently have that culture in that save game forever. Gang leader who already spawn cannot change their culture midgame

Install like any other mod
inside Modules folder
