You welcome m8 , it should not cause any issue , as it really depends on native module only , if you face an issue or it doesn't work , let me know to investigate that
using your latest version - I'm looking at every button that says "Mod Options" on the main screen and can't find any listing for this mod Tried to load your mod at the bottom/priority of the load order and still no options are coming up
I also have BannerTweaks which uses (im guessing) the same "Mod Options" screen and that is displaying correctly

Edit: For good measure i went and downloaded "Mod settings" standalone to see if it was required - your menu still didnt pop up
well actually my game completely freezes up when i click the Settings button on the main screen the moment i install Mod Settings along with your mod edit: Tested the Debug setting on mod settings, still freezing up when i hit the Settings button
Essential mod, thanks for making it. It would be nice if you are able to implement an arrow above the target to pinpoint whose health bar is being shown.

hmm well it looks like going into my Settings screen now crashes the game for me the moment I go into it with "Mod Settings" manually installed

to be on the safe side i put your mod and mod options LAST in the launcher so nothing had more priority
