As of today, 4/9/2021, ALL factions are covered. Due to this, the I will attempt to keep this updated to new versions of game, or tweaked as needed. i am not done with this mod, but i am done making custom loadouts. have fun guys :)
here are steps for it to work, and if you follow install steps, and the usage steps, and it still does not work, let me know asap. otherwise, i will assume its working since three people i know have tested it, and me
Step 3, Does the Mod load order look like this? if so, good, proceed to step 4. if not, install it right
Step 4: is it active in launcher? if no, activate it, if yes, proceed to final step
Step 5: launch game and see whats in backrounds, If it still will not show up in any way shape or form, it is a bug and i will look into it if not, its user error

i made this mod myself and i myself tested it, and had five friends test it, one of which i specifically bought game for to test it. it worked for them, one of which also used mods, and i removed my mods to test it, and it works in both situations.
HOWEVER, it seems i did make a mistake either way. i forgot to mention originally it needs to load BEFORE Sandbox Core module, and POSSIBLY sandbox module. for being unclear i am sorry.

to the users who posted the info, please, try the steps, do everything right, do not edit mod, and tell me if it works. if not, explain the issues in full, and i will do what i can to fix it.
all i ask, all i want, is you to understand, i do this first and foremost to have fun, and i do not get paid or compensated at all for the tireless hours i put in, especially with no documentation and game just being released. i like tinkering with stuff, but i do it willingly, and on my own. It is not a paid job, and i have no obligations whatsoever to anyone. PLEASE do not act entitled. PLEASE do not annoy me. and PLEASE understand this.
i specifically avoid asking for/making money on this stuff due to the reasons above, and due to the personal belief modding is a hobby, not a job.
finally, to further clarify, the removed posts were not malicious, just misinforming.
i just added new gearset for battanian start, plus i added two new swords, one to start for vlandia, and one to start for kilt people. I also fixed a bug and in doing so pondered the meaning of life.
and before anyone asks, yes this is for the stable version
@Begginfokillz, did you instruct the game to replace the entire sandbox_equipment_sets xml, or did you just replace certain entries within EquipmentRosters? Im building my own mod that modifies sandbox_equipment_sets, and I want to know whether i have to search out and edit the entries I want to change within the full file, or whether I can replace ONLY the edits i made, and have the game insert them into the original xml. Im trying to avoid tons of extra work with every update. lol
before i reinstall bannerlord, i need to know if this still works, or if i should just leave it? i personally hate bannerlord, but i also hate letting things be broken too. just wanna know before i possibly update it if needed
Is there a way to get all gear as one character? I get only one set for each character from start. Is there a way to get more of your cool gear in game actions or from the start? :)
