Solved it! You have to edit the head (the begining) of the SubModule.xml in the custumbanners folder. It makes a reference to version 1.5.2 insted of 1.7.2
i don't know if it's possible but is there a way to change the banner to how it looked like. i use diplomacy and a clan rebelled and it's banner became a solid color
Hi there been having the white uniform issue (basically all clothes show up in their white variant). Went searching which mod was it and found out in the page of the old cbu mod that it is a known issue when ussing CBU with banner color persistance. Anyone know a workaround/fix for this ?
The mod Settlement Icons - Redesign, which is featured in your screenshots sadly seems abandoned. Combined with your banners it is a requirement for me to start a new game, It really brings out the map and factions.
I tried just updating the xml to the most recent layout but it gives just a different error, not one I can fix.
If you have time, do you think you could make an update for the icons mod, so it works on 1.8.0?
Why are absolutely all banners black? I'm not using any other mod that changes banners, I'm using bannerpaste, all in correct versions and correctly configured.
Does this work along side with Raise your banner mod ? Edit : It works great with Raise your banner mod and also the banner troops carry also have the custom banner
Do you have the Separatist mod in your list of active mods? In the Separatist mod menu (in-game) you should check the "Keep separatist banner color" box and your problem should be solved. You may need to restart the game for the changes to take effect. I hope I have solved your problem.
For Custombanners (CBU Banners for 1.8.0) to work properly, you also need BannerColorPersistence. I leave you my list of active mods so you can see the loading order of these mods.
