ocd happends when your sword sticking into your horses ass? annoying detail when taking screenshots?
Here I kinda solved it by moving first sword to the second slot, and did some minor adjusmtent.

adjusted 1h sword distance from body
relocate the mace's holster to throwing axe's 
move the first 2h sword to hip

further adjusment to avoid clipping in inventory menu

Installation:

drop "Holster Adjustment" into your module folder .\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules
and enable in the launcher

Never used Votex so not sure how to do that.

Conflict:
if other mod modified the item_holster.xml too, better open up the .xml to check if they modified the same lines I have in this one, you may also combine mods

Note:
saved game friendly, no need to do anything extra
tested on e1.1.0

if you don't like the 2h on hip, go to Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Holster Adjustment\ModuleData\item_holsters_mod.xml, delete the line starting with  <item_holster id="sword_back"...

Known issue:
- dagger by default will go into the first 1h sword slot causing overlapping/clipping (but who actually use daggers anyways...)
- first 1h sword and first 2h sword will overlap each other, didn't bother me as I don't carry two swords in a battle, but if you do, you can remove the 2h on hip part as mentioned above.

Considered doing:
hide spears on the back
adding a conditional statement for horseback (no idea how, if you know pls let me know thanks!)
