Allows the player to press V in battle to inspire their troops!

- Features -
- Press V to do a yell in battle and inspire troops!
- Troops will gain morale each time randomly for a value of 0-20 by default. (look at mcm config if change wanted)
- Troops will yell back if the morale gain was over 5 by default. (look at mcm config if change wanted)
- Comes with MCM config.
- p neat.

I got tired of my yell mods being outdated, so I made my own simple one.
