This mod changes all the factions in the game in their Units, Clan names, colors and in the future more!

Version 2.0

The Factions change from:
                         Vlandia -> England
                       Battania -> Templars
                         Sturgia -> Kievan Rus' (Russians)
The Northern Empire  -> The Holy Roman Empire (Germany)
 The Western Empire  -> France
The southern Empire  -> Italy
                   The Aserai -> Arabia (Saracens)
                        Khuzait -> Mongolian Tribes

This is version 2 with some new things I learned from making the first version. Here are the biggest changes (except from the nations changing):
- Troops have once again been remade so troops from tier 1, 2 and 3 have better gear and troops from tier 4 have been changed. Some other troops have also been changed to make them more fitting.
- The family names have been altered due to switching kingdoms.
- Bad news for raiders: militia troops have become stronger. This is so that the militia wouldn't be out performed by the new and better troops... also really? Defenders of a city in weak armor?

I wanted to change settlement names but got info that this would mess up quests. Currently the only quest that doesn't work (and I can't do anything about it) is the 'gather garrison troop' kind of quests.

ENGLAND:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Archers and Cavalry.
+ Has the strongest archer in the game (Yeoman).
+ Has cavalry in the base troop tree.
- No Horse Archers

THE TEMPLAR ORDER:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Archers, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Has every kind of troop (ranged counting for archers or crossbows).
+ Has a very tough Heavy Infantry who also has throwing axes.
- No cavalry in base troop tree.

ARABIA:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Archers, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ The Infantry and Anti-Cavalry are the only troops in the game who carry javelins.
+ The Mameluke tree offers great Cavalry units with a balance of armor and damage.
- Base Cavalry doesn't have lances, but carry two handed weapons.

MONGOLIAN TRIBES:
Infantry, Archers, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Best Horse Archers in the game.
+ Horse army dominates in open fields.
- Horse army bad in enclosed fields.
- Horse army means very weak to Anti-Cavalry.

EUROPEANS (Italy, Germany and France):
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Crossbows and Cavalry.
+ Has the only Crossbowman in the game with pavise shields.
+ Balanced army tree.
- Due to crossbows being the only ranged the fire rate of their ranged is slow.

KIEVAN RUS':
Infantry, Ant-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Archers, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Heavily armoured troops including archers.
+ Strongest defence Cavalry.
- Slower units due to weight and infantry focused.

Version 1.0.2

The Factions change from:
                         Vlandia -> England
                       Battania -> France
                         Sturgia -> The Holy Roman Empire (Germany)
The Northern Empire  -> Order of Teutonic Knights
 The Western Empire  -> Military Order of Malta
The southern Empire  -> Order of the Holy Sepulchre
                   The Aserai -> Arabia (Saracens)
                        Khuzait -> Hunnic Tribes

I choose the most known and, personally, interesting kingdoms that also fit with the kingdoms that there were in the game. In this world instead of the Templar Orders giving up their power they decided to form a kingdom on their own. But because of the seperate reasons of the orders they are also at war with each other.

Now for the Factions specialties, plus and minus points, and troop layout:

ENGLAND:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Archers and Cavalry.
+ Has the strongest archer in the game (Yeoman).
+ Has cavalry in the base troop tree.
- No Horse Archers

FRANCE:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Archers, Crossbows and Cavalry.
+ Has the heaviest armored cavalry in the game (Gendarme).
+ Has cavalry in the base troop tree.
- Has no heavy infantry.

THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Crossbows, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Has the heaviest armored Infantry in the game (Ritter Swordsman).
+ Has the only crossbow cavalry in the game.
+ Has Pavise Crossbowman which carry a shield (66% to carry one).
- Pavise Crossbowman don't have many bolts (except for 33% to get two sacks) so sieges could be tough.
- Heavy normal Infantry means slower movement.

THE TEMPLAR ORDERS:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, Archers, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Has every kind of troop (ranged counting for archers or crossbows).
+ Early troops have stronger armor than the other factions.
- Late troops armor are a bit lower for the Infantry, Anti-Cavalry and Cavalry than the other factions.

ARABIA:
Infantry, Anti-Cavalry, Archers and Cavalry.
+ The Infantry and Anti-Cavalry are the only troops in the game who carry javelins.
+ The Mameluke tree offers great Cavalry units with a balance of armor and damage.
- Not many kinds of troops.

HUNNIC TRIBES:
Archer, Cavalry and Horse Archers.
+ Best Horse Archers in the game.
+ Horse army dominates in open fields.
- Horse army bad in enclosed fields.
- Horse army means very weak to Anti-Cavalry.

Future updates will come and the things I'm trying to figure out or am going to change later are:
- Lord Armor
- Settlement names
- Maybe the Hun and Arabia flags as not many can be found and the ones in game are good as they are.
- ...

Lastly I want to give a shoutout to the 'My Little Warband' mod which made me start modding!
