Provides interactions with prisoners from party menu or prison.

Provides interactions with prisoners from party menu or prison. Options include:
- Being able to steal all their equipment and release them (for a large personal relationship loss, shouldn't affect relationship with clan)
- Releasing them unscathed (small relationship gain),
- Having them join your party temporarily (they will return to their normal activities after they leave your party one way or another).
- Attempting normal vanilla faction convert
New to modding and C# so sorry if there are bugs. Let me know if there are bugs! I'm going to keep working on this and have a couple other projects that I'll probably put out soon. Its a simple CampaignBehavior addition, so shouldn't require anything to work and also shouldn't mess up saved games or react badly to other mods.
