SPAM : I use my other mod SplitParty, i think you can try it (the last version seem well stable) and start some walk between spouses.
If you can't acces the mod options via MCM, ensure you have load a save or start a new part before.
When you are on the map, raise the main menu with Esc Key,
select option
and select Mod options.
If nothing work with the mod, you must know you need a minimum relation to use MA fonctionality,
set the minimum to -1 if you want remove this filter.
If nobody can make a baby, ensure you don't have check the Immortal option when you start a new part.
you nether can married an already married NPC with this mod.

your save before crash/bug and explanation about you raise the issue.

If MA cause M&B crash on loading :
1) ?Ensure the zip file was unlocked before unzip and install
?2) try to delete the file C:\Users\"User name"\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Config\ModSettings\MarryAnyone\config.json

is there a way to have fun and then marry? Don't know.
Hate to restart the game just because I chose the wrong option in a mod.
maybe someone who has been using it can write some basic instructions?
Anyway very good mod. recommend it.
So all it does it allows you to marry anyone, for extra "fun" you need other mods.
Just contact the person of desire, start discussion, make proposal, for members of other clans you have to finalize the marriage with the leader after the proposal was successfull, companions and townspeople or other members of your own clan will be married directly.
You can also invite an npc to your party, to improve relationship in combat. Seems like easy kills dont improve relations a lot. Combat against a real army is more effective and other mods that help improving relation in combat dont hurt for that purpose. Seems like once the relationship is high enough (->settings) you are automatically married. I would like to have a better explanation for that myself, just guessing.
Dont know what the "patch" option actually does. And you always have this conversation option to send a spouse away for debugging despite everything is ok, so dont freak out if you find it^^
A few side notes:
Notables have very high skill levels, for some weird reason. If you like it cheasy and easy, go for it. But i am not sure if those married notables will be replaced in the towns.
If you have the mod Diplomacy you can use the messenger to marry anyone remotely. Dark age social media....^^
Use the mod pregnancy control (updated) for more "fun" in your relationships.
