Provides smithing stamina regen while you are moving around on the world map.

A very simple mod.
All it does is give you some smithing stamina regen when time passes on the world map.
Currently it will give you full stamina from 0 after 48 hours. Which I feel is quite balanced.
Made an alternative version(0.0.2) of the mod, this version will add stamina regen for all followers/family members in your party as well as yourself.
I really made this mod only for myself, but maybe someone else also would like it.
Currently only tested on the 1.6.4 beta branch but there is no reason why it shouldn't work for the stable version as well.
