do this mod is compatible with 1.2.7? if yes, do you RBM version is necessary if I'm using RBM, or standard version is ok?

  Yes it's compatible. RBM is supported but not required.

downloaded version 3.2 of this mod but BUTRloader claims that it hard-requires v1.1.0 of the base game. Is there an older version (Plus version) out there for v1.0.3 of the game?

  BUTRloader is wrong. The mod works on every version since release.

  Not that I know of. BUTRloader has been nothing but a problem for me since the beginning. I've just gone back to using the default launcher.

  The only thing that was changed between 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 was a couple of typos. If 2.3.1 worked for you 2.3.2 will too.
