I love the concept, and got very excited to try it out, but for some reason, when I press the Challenge button it instantly crashes for some reason. Any idea what could be the reason?
The mod has been stopped being worked on since last month and will not be further updated. I think the mod's server is still running so if you want to try it I suggest installing version 1.6.3 (the last version supported by the mod), but even so I don't know for how long the server will be running as I won't be managing it anymore.
the mod works really well, it works with other mods like realistic battle and RTS camera, meaning people can probably find a way to cheat in this mod, but hey, if they want so bad to win so be it
The dll is probably locked, you have to unlock it by going into the folder bin and right clicking in generallord.dll and opening properties and unlocking in the lower option
You can change the player equipment in the shop menu. If you are talking about recreating your character unfortunately there isn't any feature like that in the mod. But you can always start a new campaign if you wish to get a fresh start!

There are actually 2 mods that do what you said. First one is Bannerlord Online, which is a mmorpg type mod. They have 4-5 different servers for eu-cn-us etc. And normally there are +150 players normally at eu server. And second mod , idk the name but you can probably find easily, makes bannerlord coop to play with friends. I remember mod's name as ''Bannerlord Coop''
It's very good, the idea is great... But the matchmaking fails me a little bit. Because it would be much better something similar to boxing. There is a world ranking of boxers, and they can face a few of the boxers they have above and some of the ones they have below, so you avoid pitting a great boxer against a novice. I should implement that in the list... It would be much more interesting.
Match making actually kinda tries to work like that. The player gets compared to other opponents in terms of elo and army strength and will get a list of people between a certain range, I tried to make a range were the player would still get stronger and weaker players so you could have more choices.
At the time it made sense since we didn't have as much players as we do now in the testing phase, maybe the gap is too wide and I should shorten it a little bit.
If you have like 20 troops you will find you don't get the khuzait horde in the match making for example, only in the ranking screen
The infirmary serves for you to check which troops are wounded. The way the wounded system works is that after a battle each wounded will take 30 mins to restore fully. So you have to wait until they are ready, when they are ready they go into the garrison and then you can add them back into your party. Keep in mind they will only be added into the garrison if you are online in the game, if the message says "X troops will recover shortly) wait a bit because the screen tick is counting and in under a minute they should be transferred to the garrison.

Hello! Sadly it's is not necessarily a cheater but a conflict of language. Chinese and Russian players are trying the mod and there are some culture conflicts that lead to poorly created characters (the undying babies), these players are probably facing the same constraints as well.
In 1.0.1 the conflict should be resolved at least for the English versions.

Sadly there are some cheaters in the mod who's charatcter is a no hitbox baby. that makes him unkillable and will end up killing all your troops
