If you're have Detailed Character Creation I believe you can go to their page in the encyclopedia and there should be a button you can hit to edit their appearance and stuff, should be a slider for age on the very first tab at the bottom? Might have to get the option extra sliders as well for that, idk.
yes find and edit both the age to what ever you want make sure you change age itself and then the bodytype age this allows you to do it without needing any other mods can be used with any added char
use the mcm age control mod it can force those within the player clan including non family members so companions aswell to never age over the max age you set at the start of the game i have mine to max at 30 yrs and in around 30 yrs later my clan has no need of troops in an army as the entire clan is the army the other troops we hire are for holding land

I have some code to dynamically generate a family with a set number of adult members that I used in my Better Player Kingdom at Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) to generate vassal families to newly created clans. The current code will generate a clan leader with a spouse and depending on the parameter for extra family members it can also generate a mother and father for clan leader (dead), children for the clan leader, siblings for the clan leader (some of which are married), and nephews and nieces for the clan leader (if siblings are generated with a spouse).
I think what you are doing here is a great idea.
If you want I can send you the code I use for family generation or if you not much of a C# coder, I wouldn't mind helping you expand on the idea even more.

Is it possible to add this mod mid-game and have 'the profit' or does it only work with a new start ?
